TERMS OF SERVICE
These terms govern your use of The Hummingbird Coach website and your engagement with coaching services.
1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By accessing this website and booking a Wellness Consultation or coaching program with Wendy Hewitt (The Hummingbird Coach), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website or book services.
2. NATURE OF COACHING
Coaching is not therapy, medical treatment, or mental health counselling. The Hummingbird Coach provides guidance and support for personal development, mindset, energy management, and environmental organisation.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, depression, anxiety requiring professional treatment, or any medical condition, please consult a qualified healthcare provider or mental health professional.
3. BOOKING & PAYMENT
Wellness Consultations: Free, 30-minute sessions.
Coaching Programs: Payment terms will be provided at the time of consultation.
Full payment is required before your program begins. All bookings are confirmed via email. You will receive calendar details and any payment information through your registered email address.
4. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
Wellness Consultations: Must be cancelled or rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice.
Coaching Programs: Cancellation policy will be outlined in your program agreement.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the session or program fee, depending on the circumstances. Please contact Wendy directly to discuss any extenuating circumstances.
5. CONFIDENTIALITY
All information shared during consultations and coaching sessions is strictly confidential. Wendy will not disclose personal information without your explicit consent, except as required by law or in cases where there is a risk of serious harm.
6. LIABILITY
The Hummingbird Coach is not responsible for:
• Any outcomes or results from coaching, as results depend on your actions and circumstances
• Technical issues or interruptions with website or video calls
• Advice or information provided by third parties
• Decisions you make based on coaching guidance
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, materials, tools, and resources provided through The Hummingbird Coach (including website content, coaching materials, and templates) remain the intellectual property of Wendy Hewitt. You may use these materials for personal use only and may not reproduce, distribute, or sell them without explicit permission.
8. WEBSITE USE
You agree not to:
• Harass, abuse, or threaten our team or other users
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Attempt to hack or compromise website security
